The Silex drip tray is used to collect any excess fats and oils when cooking on the Silex Kitchen Genius Domestic unit. By adjusting the front feet, you can tilt the Silex unit so that the oil will drain out into the drip tray while grilling. The feet can also be adjusted so that the SILEX is level when cooking cakes and omelettes. The drip tray can be easily removed from the back of the unit and be washed by hand.
The drip tray can also be used with the Silex T10 and T20 model.
